I hear that! That's exactly what I do, but it is awesome that it tracks
refactoring operations.

(PS: If you're on windows, check out TortoiseSVN. I use it besides Eclipse
for most of my SVN activities and use Subclipse only for refactoring-support
in Eclipse...)
