Issue when Copying files over existing problems

From: Greg Irvine <greg.irvine_at_thalesatm.com>

Hi all.

I've just noticed that if I copy and paste a file over an existing file,
subclipse correctly warns me the file exists and prompts if I want to
overwrite it. This is fine.
The problems is that subclipse then removes the file from the
repository, rather than just overwrite the file's contents. I then have
to recommit the file to get it back in the repository.

ps. I'd raise this as an issue through the bugtracker but I don't have
net access from my desk. :(
