Daniel Bradby has started a documentation
(http://svn.collab.net/repos/subclipse/trunk/subclipse/ui/html/)

subclipse is very similar to cvs plugin for eclipse.

To put an eclipse project under version control, you need to share it
(right click on a project then team/share project)
