I do not think you should try to do this from Subclipse. You need to
develop a script that can automate the merge and get it working to
your satisfaction and then decide how to automate it. The two choices
would be either a post-commit hook that runs on the SVN server or some
kind of scheduled job that runs at a set interval or polls the
repository for changes.
