[Subclipse-dev] Rev graph: always show branch where a file was first created?

I like to use the feature of the revision graph to hide all deleted
branches. It occurs to me that there might be an exception that we
ought to build in if possible. If a file is first created on a
feature-branch and that branch is later merged to trunk and the
feature-branch is removed. It seems like we ought to always show the
location where something came into existence? Perhaps it is not
worthy of special treatment, but as I was playing with the revision
graph, the idea came to me.

Using the Subversion repository as a test case, look at file
"caching.c" in the folder subversion/libsvn_fs_fs as an example.
