[Subclipse-dev] handling project renames

  Yea, switch should work. The most annoying part is to select new
location/name (which is probably can be discovered from the svn
history). I had to do it few times for 10..15 projects that changed
location because parent folder been renamed/moved. That wasn't fun at all.

  Another improvement could be to allow to select multiple projects and
if they all have the same parent folder in the repository, allow to
select new parent folder. Same should be also useful when
tagging/branching or moving projects around.
