I know SVNKit is working on it. You can get builds at
https://teamcity.svnkit.com/overview.html.
JavaHL and 1.5 is still fairly actively being developed. A quick way
to get an idea is to diff the SVNClientInterface between trunk and 1.4
branch in SVN repository. Would need to look at log messages to get
a true idea though.
