It is the sort of thing that will only appear in Subclipse if someone
wants it enough to submit a patch that implements it. We also have a
proposal with Eclipse to move this project over there and be an Eclipse
project. While we did not specifically name this as something we would be
contributing, the sort of changes we want to make to the product when we
move it over would make this much easier. The SVN client functionality
would be its own plugin and extension point so it would be real easy to
make a plugin that just requires the basic SVN client adapter and then
uses that to run SVN operations.
