[Subclipse-dev] [Patch]Revert improvements

The patch contains the following changes:

SyncFileChangeListener
- Handling of deleted svn directories.

OperationManager#onNotify
- Since possibly only properties were changed, add the svn directory
  of the changed folder to the list of resources which must be
  refreshed.

RevertResourcesCommand#run
- Workaround for a bug introduced by svn 1.4.0.
- Reverting an added folder:
  Use the operation manager for refreshing the subdirectories. This avoids
  that the deleted svn directories still exist in eclipse.
