I tried again and could not recreate the problem as easily. The only way
I found to recreate it reliably was to have the two projects checked-in to
a repository. Then delete them both and check them out again. So maybe
during that process we are not catching the stuff in time?
Actually, I think it was only the project with linked resources that
needed to be checked out again. Also, the .svn folders were hidden in the
Navigator view, I had to use Windows Explorer to see them.
