The current version of Subclipse is 1.1.5. I would suggest trying that.

You also are not using the JavaHL libraries, which means you are not using
the native Subversion libraries. I'd suggest you try to obtain and use
the JavaHL library for Subversion 1.3. Fedora has packages for this,
Subclipse was even recently added to Fedora Extras as a package.
