If Alex asks me to change it I will, but yes it is true and that is why he
is listed as an Initial committer.

I heard from them a week ago and they mentioned they are talking to the
Foundation about how to setup Subversion hosting. They said they support
our proposal. I am still waiting to hear back if they want to list any
specific resource(s) such as Daniel Rall, as a contributor.

I am hoping CollabNet will agree to the way I have worded this. I sent it
to them to look at. I will probably mention them more prominently in the
proposal if they want to be included more officially.
