Hi Dan, thanks for the contribution. A few comments about the patch:

- while writing the output to a file can be useful, in an Ant build
  file, setting a property the 'ls' output could be even more useful

- 'svn ls' can be on a local file...only URIs seem to be supported

- 'svn ls --verbose' doesn't seem to be supported at all

- test cases are missing
