List is moderated again ...

Hopefully it works this time. It appears that there are two options for
mailing lists. "Discuss" and "Moderated". The latter is what I was
trying and that requires every message to be moderated. Apparently, a
Discuss list will allow list subscribers to post and we just have to
moderate messages that come from non-subscribers.

The process to moderate is the same as I described before:

You will receive a special email message with the included message. If it

is SPAM, just delete it. If it is legit message do a Reply to All. This
allows the message through and also adds that person to the list of
allowed posters. If you just do a Reply, then it only lets the one
message through.
