This list is now moderated

The dev@ list is now moderated. However, we have only had one person step
up and volunteer to be a moderator (Andrew Vaughn). It also goes to
myself, Cedric and Daniel as project owners. We could use a couple of
more. This is a pretty low traffic list so I do not think it would be a
big task.

Also, I think that I have "pre-approved" all of the people that were
subscribed to the list and whose name or email address I recognized as a
regular poster. So there probably will not be a lot of moderation
activity.

The process to moderate is simple:

You will receive a special email message with the included message. If it
is SPAM, just delete it. If it is legit message do a Reply to All. This
allows the message through and also adds that person to the list of
allowed posters. If you just do a Reply, then it only lets the one
message through.
