New Subclipse Release Soon

I will probably put out release 0.9.100 tomorrow (12/1) or Friday.

I am going to post it on a new update site URL so that people that just
check for updates do not see it. This is so that people that install it
will know that it is based on Subversion 1.3.0 RC4.

If you check the changelog you will see this release has a lot of new
features as well as some good fixes.

This message is to give notice for anyone that has been working on
anything and also for those that are working on the localizations.

I will probably do another release in a few weeks when we have the
documentation further along.

I am thinking we will have something we can call either a 1.0 or a release
candidate by the time that Subversion 1.3.0 is GA.
