New committer for Subclipse Documentation

If I do not hear any objections, I plan to grant commit access to a
co-worker of mine named Paul Thiel. He is working on the Subclipse
documentation and it would be easier for me to do the commits from his
workstation. I will review everything with him before he commits.

We have a Subversion based product and Paul has worked on all of the docs
for that product, so he is very familiar with Subversion and Subclipse as
well as HTML, graphics etc..
He is just getting started so there will probably not be a lot of major
commits for a while.
