So I sent this before I was done my fact checking.. going over the links from the eclipse legal pages I realize my previous email is totally wrong.
Sincere apologies,

I don't think eclipse.org would ever accept javasvn as part of the project with it's new license. If you're serious about getting javasvn into eclipse, you might want to consider adopting the CPL now, otherwise I think it would be prudent for subclipse and javasvn to be distributed seperately. I don't mean to ruffle any feathers, but pragmatically the new license just isn't compatible with eclipse's mandate. All the licenses at http://www.eclipse.org/legal/notice.html have clauses almost identical to the one quoted above. Although it'd probably be best to consult an eclipse.org representative, I don't think you can have it both ways..
btw- I'm a happy javasvn user.. and happily gave up contributing to the javasvn project ( http://jsvn.alternatecomputing.com/ ) to reap the benefits of your work. I totally understand and support your desire to profit off your efforts.
