Actually, what's onerous is manually deleting spam emails received on
mailing lists because you can't just ban the site.

But of course, that's just my 2c.

There is this setting:

Private [ ] Limits access to the list and its archives to project
members.

I assume this to mean you would have to join tigris.org and this project
to access the mailing list. That seems a bit onerous.
