Yes, I can confirm that I've commited these settings and intentionally they
only contain the Code Templates with copyright.
The whole question is whether we want more common settings and if yes which
ones.
In the corporate sphere, it's not an issue, we're enforcing it per-project
and the corporate rules are well defined.
In the open source context, I don't mind. I can live with anything, but I'm
not going to propose it.
