+1 for everything except 3, which I'm -1 on. (Of course, I'm not a
subclipse dev, so I get no real vote.) Given the poor speed of Show
Pending Operations over a large tree, and the poor reliability of Team
Synch, we need clear visibility into changes, and the icon decorators
just aren't clear enough, especially for the colour blind.*
* Note: I'm not actually claiming that I can't see the icon in this case
-- I haven't actually looked at these particular icons in enough detail
to make that judgement yet. Just a general statement that small icons
(and in this case we're talking really small, about 1/4 the size of the
full doc icon is all that's used for the decorator, where all the useful
info is) are usually quite likely to be hard for colour blind people to
derive important info from quickly, in my experience.
