Changes to default preferences

Would anyone object if I made the following changes to our default
preferences?

1) Turn on the console options.

2) Turn on all the icon decorators (one is not on currently)

3) Turn off the text decorators (for showing changes. not the info parts)

4) Make url_short the default project text decorator

These are changes I always make that I think improves the initial
experience with Subclipse.

Obviously this would not impact existing installations.
