Subclipse Web site overhauled

I committed some major changes to the web site. I mainly followed a lot
of the structure of the Subversion pages. A lot of the new pages, like
the FAQ could use a lot of additions to them. But there are now places to
include things like a roadmap and things that need to be done.

Be sure to check it out. Also, feel free to submit patches for the site,
especiall the FAQ.
