You really have to do it from within Eclipse now, as the main aspect for
building it is to do the packaging as an Eclipse feature.

Checkout these projects:

core
ui
feature
feature-plugin
javahl-win32

Then in Eclipse, just do File Export -> Deployable Features and choose the
Feature project. Deploy to a directory strcuture and that will give you
everything you need to deploy into Eclipse.

You could also just checkout the update-site project in addition to the
above and right-click on the site.xml file and do PDE Tools -> Build. This
will build you a local update site.
