This is an error coming from Subversion itself. That message about
reporting the bug also comes from their code. I have no idea why they
would get an error like this on a checkout. Ideally, try to do the same
checkout using the Subversion CLI and see if can get the same error. That
would make it easier to report to the Subversion developers.
