Request + rename directory doesn't show delete icon

Hi,

After renaming a directory, I noticed that the delete icon doesn't
get shown (the add icon is however). TortoiseSVN shows the expected
behaviour on the same working copy.

Also, no big deal, but whilst it's possible to multi-select files
to add revision keywords, it's not possible to multi-select files
to set standard properties (option is greyed out). Would be nice.

Using latest (and greatest!) 0.9.31 release.
