svnant - patches and update scripts

Giving a very tiny bit back to the community: :-)

Here is a build script that builds svnant project but updates the project to
use the latest svnClientAdapter (which is now svn 1.2)

Save all attached files to a work directory and then follow readme.txt to
setup svnant and svnClientAdaptor project directories to build svnant.

The patches are included as much for self-starters to get going right away
as well as committers to update the svnant project.

Readme.txt explains each patch.

Note to committers, you'll need to commit the svnant project after the build
as all the jars and dlls will get updated from svnClientAdapter project.

And consider missing dlls as ones that should be removed.
