Subversion 1.2 info

I have committed some of my initial work on 1.2, including the RC2
binaries. I did not want to commit until there were decent binaries to
commit so the commit is less fine-grained then I would have liked.

It is mostly invisible stuf with the exception of decorators. I will do
the UI for Lock/Unlock next week hopefully.

I have been experiencing a crash when doing merge over http:// using
JavaHL. I have created a reproduction test case and have been working
with the svn devs to see if they can figure it out. Just be aware of this
in general. It is entirely possible that this is only a Win32 bug too.

I did some reworking of the command line adapter as needed for 1.2. I
have only done a little bit of testing with it. I do not use it much so I
do not know if I created some new bugs or if they already existed. Things
"mostly work" but there are some easy to see bugs.
