Checkout projects from Subversion wizard

Hi all,

The one thing that I missed after switching to Subversion (and subclipse)
was having a "Checkout Projects from Subversion" wizard. I use the SVN
Repository view very little and really the only time that I need it is to
checkout a new project. Last week I sat down and wrote one using the CVS
code as a starting point. Is there a reason this functionality was excluded
from subclipse and is there any interest in adding it?

I have noticed that there is a lot of code duplication between subclipse and
the CVS plug-in. Is there any activity going on to factor out this common
code into a framework plug-in? I saw some mention of it around WVCM
discussions but that was a couple of years ago.
