Subclipse License

Our website says that the license for Subclipse is the Apache license, but
all of our source code and the license files we ship with the plugins says
that it is the Eclipse CPL. Which is it?

I assume it is the latter. One way or another we should try to clear this
up.

If we are using the CPL, do we want to transition to the new EPL as
Eclipse itself has?

I am not sure changing the license is as significant as clarifying the
current confusion.
