Subclipse 0.9.27 released

This release just contains the fix to svnClientAdapter.jar from the
previous 0.9.26 release.

There was a problem when accessing Subversion repositories hosted on a
non-standard port. If that does not apply to you, and you already have
0.9.26 installed, there is no reason to install this update.

A zipped version of the update site was also added to:

http://subclipse.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=2240
