MoveDeleteHook cleanup questions

Hi All,
I have a few questions about the MoveDeleteHook that i hope someone can
answer. Can anyone remember Why it checks for out of sync resources and
why it creates local history entries when moving files? The workspace
seems to give you this for free. The only thing i can think of is that
perhaps it didn't do this prior to 3.0? The CVS provider doesn't do
this extra work.

I removed the refresh checks and local history creation and it seemed to
work fine (you even get a nice error dialog when the files are out of
sync). Does anyone have any objections to me checking this change in?
I can provide you a patch if you want to try it out for yourselves.
(this is to fix a compile error against a newer version of Eclipse).

cheers,
    Brock
