Great, I just saw it now. Is it possible that the added files didn't get
picked up in your commit? Except for the images, none of the new files
in the patch were added.
Do you have a lot of unversioned html files sitting in your WC now under
'html'?

I wonder if there's a way to hook into "Apply Patch" action to catch new
files added in that process, and at least prompting for action?
