There was also another project much earlier on that wanted to integrate
the Problem View ( or Todo List ) with it. ZClipse, I believe, was the
name of the project.

At the very least, a series of extensions that are run before a commit (
i.e. as to modify the commit message, for use within Trac for example )
would be a good start.
