Re: New Subclipse feature plugin

I didn't update the update site because I didn't want to mess with you. I
will do so and let you know.

In general, when you create an eclipse feature, you should always create a
plugin with the same id. This is called a "feature plugin". I did not
want to include "core" or "ui" in the name of our feature, so I had to
create a new plugin. When you have a feature plugin, you have additional
branding opportunities within Eclipse. For example, the feature shows in
the list of installed features, along with a description and copyright.
You also have the opportunity to insert an icon in the about box. Finally,
there are other things you can do such as create a welcome page. When the
plugin is first installed, they see your welcome page. This can have some
getting started info such as defining repositories etc.. I will be
looking to add some of this in the future. If we have a logo/icon I would
have included that.

I will commit the update site so you can see.
