OK, I was able to use WinCVS.
I added the feature for the Subversion book as a test that I could commit.
So if you want to look at that do Help -> Software Updates -> Find and
Install. Then search for new features and choose the tigris.org site. You
should see the book as an available feature to install.
I will wait to here back about producing a new Subclipse release.
