Subversion Book as a Plugin

Since you can build the Subversion book as HTML, I thought it would be
cool to integrate it into the Eclipse help. I think it should be its own
feature and plugin so that Subclipse users do not have to download it
every time (nearly 600K).

Does anyone have any thoughts or objections to this? If not, can I just
add it is a new project in the repository?

I have it working, I am just writing an Eclipse toc.xml file to mirror the
table of contents. Eventually, we could possibly edit some of the content
for Subclipse but right now it is a 100% build of the book from source.
