new commit dialog

Hi Mark,

There is a bug with CommitAction with url.
If you select a resource to commit, the url is shown in dialog, ok.
But then if you select 2 resources to commit, url is still the one from
previous commit.

This is because you use attributes in CommitAction. But an Action is not
created each time you execute it.

This is why we almost never use attributes in other actions.
