The new Edit Conflicts stuff is very nice! I can't believe how fast the
"built-in" option was added.

I will probably have a patch to submit late on Monday or Tuesday for a new
commit dialog. We just have some more testing and tweaks to do.

The dialog shows the URL you are commit to on the top, as Tortoise does,
this helps know what branch you are working on. It also shows all of the
files being commited along with whether it is an
Add/Modify/Delete/Properties. Unversioned files also show in the dialog so
that can be added with the commit. By default Tortoise does not have the
unversioned files selected. We have chosen to have them selected by
default. I figured that the reason the way Tortoise works the way it does
is because your unversioned files will often be your compile artifacts. We
do not have those issues in Eclipse. There is a button to deselect all of
the unversioned files with one click.

I want to add the ability to click an item to see its diff, and also the
bug tracking integration, but I will probably wait until this patch is
committed before I start working on those.

I think we will work on Switch and Merge next. Basically making them work
like Tortoise does. It looks like JavaHL already has all of the code for
this in place.

Finally, I was also going to work to integrate the Tortoise icons on the
menu actions. I think those icons will look good in Eclipse. If nothing
else, it will put the framework in place for having icons on those actions.
Then, if someone wants to create unique icons for Subclipse, they just have
to submit alternative icons.

Thanks

Mark

PS - I assume the process for submitting the patches is just to email them
to this list?
