I have been using Subclipse for quite a while and this has always worked
this way, I just finally feel motivated to ask why. I do not even know if
the svn command line would show the same thing.

When I do a Team->Update I always see data like below. The "117" is for
files that are updated. Does the 117 mean something or should it be a U?
I see the same thing in Eclipse 2.1 or 3.0 with the corresponding latest
Subclipse for each version. As I said, it has always looked this way.
