removal of unix native libs

Greetings,

Having heard not much opposition to the idea, I have now removed the
*nix javah libraries from the project. This of course means that
users will have to provide their own.

At the next release, I will update the index page with some
instruction for osx and linux users on how to obtain or make their own
javahl (thanks to Marc Günther for turning me on to metissian!).

This will remove the burden of supporting javahl from subclipse, and
put it on the svn project, which only seems fair. Hopefully if enough
of our users bother them about it, packagers will start including
javahl with their binary releases. Additionally, this will end the
confusion caused by including my local configuration as a dependency.

The windows javahl package is still around, and will function
normally. I'll leave it up to you win32 developers to decide if
anything should be done about that.

Cheers,
