Subclipse 0.9.13

Just downloaded the new release.

Bravo!

Decorator performance is much improved. The Synchronize support seems
very promising. Is there a general changelog somewhere?

Two things I have noticed, both related to Synchronize:

1) It included Ignored resources as outgoing changes. Such as my bin
folder, and all of its subfolders and .class files.

2) Even though the view seemed to come right up and be correct, a
background job was started for it. This job has not ended, and will not
cancel. This is preventing other jobs, such as a Worspace rebuild from
running. In fact, I cannot even close Eclipse because of this.
