osx svn-javahl packages

I just noticed that fink now includes a svn-javahl package. i think it may be
a good idea to no longer include javahl for osx, since fink makes it trivial
to build javahl on ones own.

 i forsee the linux javahl distribution going away with svn 1.1, since javahl
is integrated quite nicely with the main svn build there as well, and we may
even talk the packagers into building javahl if java is detected.

any opinions?
