junit tests

McClain you have modified junit tests for subclipse so that they don't
need ant anymore.

This is a good thing however it does not work anymore on windows.
There was some problems with extractArchive I corrected but I still
can't access repository.
This is probably because repositories are not compatible between linux
and windows.

I think we should create it instead of extracting a zip file.
I can add a method in SvnClientAdapter to do that (for command line
interface only for now but also for javahl on the next version of javahl
because I think there will be a method for that).

trepo.zip is just a zip of an empty repository, isn't it ?
