Problem with copying folders

If you copy an entire folder within Eclipse, such as using copy and paste,
then the .svn folders go with it leading to incorrect information within
Subclipse. We ran into this, when we copied the icons folder from one of
our plugins to another one and couldn't figure out why people checking out
the other project were not getting them. It was because the folder in the
copied project was still pointing to the original plugin. This could be
seen via TortoiseSVN. It seems like this could lead to a lot of problems.

We of course now know to not copy folders, and instead just copy the
files.
