Hi all,
I tested the update site on win32 and it dosn't work for my eclipse
installation. I downloaded site.xml and the win32 feature jar and managed to
find the problem.
It seems that the nl="en_US,de,fr" attribute (both in site.xml and in
feature.xml) causes the update to appear only to engilsh, french and ...
installations. I am greek and therefore can't see the update.

I removed the nl attribute from both site.xml and feature.xml and everything
worked correctly.

I attach the update files.
