latest eclipse integration build

Seems the newest integration build has the new synchronization api...
gonna be some big changes in M8. on the upside, it seems MUCH faster.
the down side, it seems to lose contact with the keyboard shortcut
system randomly, and indeed is missing the workspace configuration
section in window->preferences entirely for some reason...
