static builds

Hi all,

I've been on the receiving end of some guruing from Ronald Simmons, and may
have static builds of libsvnjavahl as early as next week (for M5 and M6 linux
and osX), at which time, I think a new release may be in order.

How do we all feel about this?

Also, I've been working under the assumption that pending any p1 svn bugs, we
should be building from 0.35.1 (the "beta" cut). is this correct? Or should
we randomly track releases as previously?
