javahl updates in 34

Seems like javahl got most of cchabs' patches in 0.34, but they've omitted
some stuff, like Kind.external, and removal of the recurse parameter from
blame. to wit, svnClientAdapter doesn't compile with 0.34's javahl.

Have you taken a look at this Cedric? I did a little hacking and got it to
compile, tough Kind doesn't support external anymore in my version.

Are we in a patch to subversion situation again? or should svnclientadapter
make changes to accomodate recent javahl maintenance?
