You should have the message

If you proceed, plug-ins from the workspace will be used.
Duplicated plugins :
org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core
org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.ui
"

when you run your project as a new Workbench.

You can also uncheck the duplicates in the Launch Configurations
